License Agreement. This license agreement concerns and describes your rights and the conditions upon which you may use the FabFilter software you selected. We advise you to read this entire agreement. By accepting this agreement or by using FabFilter software, you agree to all of these terms. If you do not accept and comply with these terms, you may not use the FabFilter software or its features. This license agreement applies to all the FabFilter software, plug-ins and programs you may use during the Evaluation period, and/or thereafter subject to an acquired license key to certain FabFilter software of any version, including any and all upgrades, supplements or services, unless other terms come with such versions, upgrades or supplements. The software will be licensed to the Customer, not sold. With the FabFilter license key, you will be granted after full payment the right in perpetuity (meaning that the license agreement shall not automatically expire) to install, run and use the software concerned under certain conditions. These conditions vary subject to the license you acquired. FabFilter distinguishes the following licenses: • A Personal License is a named license to the software concerned, granting access to the software on an unlimited number of Devices, as long the license is used by the designated person who acquired the FabFilter license key. Usage of the Personal license by someone else but the designated licensee is an infringement of the rights of FabFilter. The Customer should at all times protect its license key from theft and/or abuse. • A Site License is a non-personal license to the FabFilter software concerned, acquired on the name of an institution or entity, who is the licensee. A Site License will grant access to the FabFilter software on a certain maximum number of designated Devices, as specified in the license key itself (e.g. "20 seats"). If the Site License is used on computers/servers for any form of automated processing, the licensee may not make any plug-in controls/parameters of the FabFilter software available to the end users of the FabFilter software, i.e. only "black box" processing is allowed. These FabFilter licenses, whether a Personal or Site License, will give you access to certain FabFilter software of the specified major version. The license will include all future minor updates to the software (e.g. version 2.19 to version 2.20), which typically include bug fixes or small new features. License Agreement. For software products produced by Best Service the German Copyright Act is effective. All other Software products sold and/ or distributed by Best Service are subject to the license agreement which is part of the respective software installer, the user manual or published on the manufacturer´s web site. The samples and programs contained in any software/library produced by Best Service are licensed to the buyer of the product only. Only the purchaser of the media or download is authorized to use the sounds for his music-, multimedia-, film-, TV-, radio-, games-, webcast- or similar production in musical context, and only as long as no isolated samples, loops or phrases become available for a third party as a similar kind of sound file. Unless otherwise indicated, all Best Service Products are licensed to“one single user”but may be installed on a maximum of 2 computers at the same time, but not simultaneously operated (typically desktop computer & laptop owned by one single person). The software may not be used on a network by multiple users, unless each user has purchased a license. Side- and Volume licenses are available for most of our products upon request. Unauthorized copying, reproduction (including conversion and reproduction in other data formats), hire, rental, public performance, broadcasting and distribution is expressly prohibited. Best Service constantly monitors other soundware releases to check for copyright infringements, and will prosecute all piracy and copyright violations to the fullest extent of the law. With installing the sound library on your computer system, you are legally bound to the following license agreement terms. This license agreement is an agreement between you and KEEPFOREST LLC. It governs your use of the sound library / sound libraries incorporated in the product on this physical storage medium or download supplied to you by KEEPFOREST LLC. By downloading, installing or otherwise using the samples, ensembles, instruments, presets or any other included content, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this license agreement. Your license will be terminated upon violation of any of the conditions of the following agreement. The provided samples, instruments and presets can be used for commercial or non-commercial music and audio productions without the prior permission from KEEPFOREST LLC under the terms of this agreement. The usage of this product for the creation of a sound library or as a sound library for any kind of synthesizer, virtual instrument, sample library, sample-based product or other musical instrument is strictly prohibited. Individual samples, sound sets or audio loops may not be distributed (commercially or otherwise) standalone. Furthermore, these samples, sound sets or audio may not be repackaged in whole or in part as audio samples, sound libraries or sound effects for sale. This license entitles this one individual to install and use RISENGE on up to three computers or samplers provided they are the sole owner of these devices. The KEEPFOREST LLC also grants the user access to simultaneously use the provided library on any of these three systems at one time. With the purchase of this sound library you have acquired a single license. You may make one copy of this CD / DVD or Download-Package for backup purposes only. Any other use in whole or in parts (giving, trading, lending, renting, re-issuing, re-distribution or re-sale of this product or any of the contained samples) is expressly prohibited, without the prior written permission of KEEPFOREST LLC. This license will terminate automatically without notice by KEEPFOREST LLC if you fail to comply with any provision of this license. The sounds, samples and programming in the Garritan Jazz & Big BandTM library remain the sole property of Garritan Corporation and are licensed (not sold) to you. You can use these sounds in music productions, public performances, and other reasonable musical purposes within musical compositions. You can use these sounds in your own musical compositions as much as you like without any need to pay Garritan Corporation or obtain further permission. If you do use these sounds, we ask that in any written materials or credits accompanying your music that utilizes material from Garritan Jazz & Big Band (CD booklet, program credits, etc), that you include the following courtesy credits: "Samples used in this recording are from the Garritan Jazz & Big BandTM”, or a similar credit where practicable. The enclosed sounds cannot be re-used in any other commercial sample library or any competitive product. You are absolutely forbidden to duplicate, copy, distribute, transfer, upload or download, trade, loan, reissue or resell this library or any of the contents in any way to anyone.
