Derivative Worksの定義

Derivative Works means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.

  • While redistributing the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer, and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity, or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this License.

  • 利用者 当社が指定する方法にて本サービスへの申込を行い、当社がこれを承諾し、当社所定の手続を完了した者。

  • 本事業 とは、国管理空港特定運営事業等として、本契約に基づき本空港において要求水準書に従って実施される事業として第 2 条第 1 項に定める各事業の総称をいう。

  • 知的財産権 とは、著作権、特許権、実用新案権、商標権、意匠権その他の知的財産権（それらの権利を取得し、又はそれらの権利につき登録等を出願する権利を含みます。）を意味します。

  • 振込・振替サービス とは、当組合が指定する操作方法により、契約者が指定した営業日（以下、 「振込・振替指定日」といいます。）に、あらかじめ指定されたサービス利用口座の中から契約者が指定した支払指定口座から指定された金額を引き落とし、契約者が指定した当組合または当組合以外の金融機関の国内本支店の貯（預）金口座（以下、「入金指定口座」といいます。）へ入金することができるサービスをいいます。 なお、当組合以外の金融機関宛の振込のうち、一部の金融機関宛の振込については取り扱いできない場合があります。
