Term. By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the Licensor agrees to the terms of this EULA. This license is effective until terminated. Licensor has the right to terminate your License immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this License. "as is". Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever. In particular, any and all warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third party rights are expressly excluded.
Term. This Agreement is effective upon the earlier of the effective date of the first Order Form referencing this Agreement or the date Customer first accesses or uses Qlik Products and shall remain in effect until terminated (i) as set forth in this Section, or (ii) automatically upon expiration of all rights to use any Qlik Products pursuant to one or more Order Forms. Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive annual terms unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then- current subscription period. Subscriptions may not be cancelled in whole or in part during any subscription period.
Term. The term of this agreement shall be from the beginning date to the ending date which both will be set by JSA. During the term of this agreement, JSA will not accept any request for cancellation or refund except when JSA is responsible for the system defect.

The license will be terminated if any of the terms and conditions of this EULA are broken and license will be revoked. Upon termination licensee agrees to destroy all copies and contents of the and will remain accountable to all terms and copyrights stated in this EULA. Lunatic Audio retains the right to seek restitution for any and all damages incurred by violations of the EULA at the expense of licensee.
Term. This Agreement shall become effective as of the date the Customer executes an order for Qlik Products with Qlik or an Authorized Reseller. and shall remain in effect until terminated (i) as set forth in Section 8.3 below, or (ii) automatically upon expiration of all rights to use any Qlik Products. Unless otherwise specified in a Statement of Work, either Party may terminate any Consulting Services for convenience upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice to the other Party.
Term. This Agreement shall commence on the date accepted by you and shall continue until terminated as set forth herein.
Term. 1. The term of the IDE Service shall be set forth in the IDE Agreement; provided, however, that notwithstanding the term of the IDE Agreement, if the Usage Agreement for the Service under these Terms ends, the IDE Agreement shall also duly end.
