Term. By downloading and/or installing this SOFTWARE, the Licensor agrees to the terms of this EULA. This license is effective until terminated. Licensor has the right to terminate your License immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this License. "as is". Licensor makes no warranties, express or implied, arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, or statutory, as to any matter whatsoever. In particular, any and all warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third party rights are expressly excluded.

Term. The term of this agreement shall be from the beginning date to the ending date which both will be set by JSA. During the term of this agreement, JSA will not accept any request for cancellation or refund except when JSA is responsible for the system defect.

Term. This Agreement is effective upon the earlier of the effective date of the first Order Form referencing this Agreement or the date Customer is first provided with access to or use of the Qlik Products and shall remain in effect until expiration or termination of all rights to use any Qlik Products, which may be specified in any applicable Order Form. Unless otherwise indicated on an Order Form, Qlik Product subscriptions shall begin upon the Delivery Date and automatically renew for successive terms equal to the initial subscription period, unless either Party provides prior written notice of non-renewal to the other Party at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription period. Subscriptions may not be cancelled in whole or in part during any subscription period. Subscription fees are subject to increase based upon prevailing rates at the time of renewal.

Term. These terms are effective beginning with your first use or registration of Arcade and will remain in full force throughout your use of Arcade until you terminate your account or we terminate your account.
