Term and Termination. This License shall be effective upon installation of the Software, and will remain in full force until termination. The License shall terminate upon the earlier of (a) Your failure to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement; (b) Your return, destruction or deletion of all copies of the Software in your possession. Vienna Symphonic Library's rights and Your obligations shall survive termination of this License.

In the event of such termination, ABC shall be responsible for all commissions earned prior to the date of termination.
Term and Termination. This Agreement is effective until terminated. Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Desktone if Customer fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, Customer must immediately cease using and must destroy all copies of Software in its possession or control. The termination or expiration of this Agreement shall in no case relieve either party from its obligation to pay to the other party any sums accrued under this Agreement prior to such termination or expiration. The termination or expiration of this Agreement shall not effect the cumulative reservation by the parties of all other rights and remedies at law or in equity (unless expressly stated herein), or relieve the parties from the duty to hold in confidence confidential information received pursuant to this Agreement.
Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date You first accept this Agreement in the Service web portal and extend for an initial period of one (1) year following the initial activation date of Your Service account by Apple (“Term”). Thereafter, subject to Your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Term will automatically renew for successive one (1) year terms, unless sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement. Either party may terminate this Agreement for its convenience, for any reason or no reason, effective 30 days after providing the other party with written notice of its intent to terminate.
