Upon request of ABC, TWJ and its subcontractors are prepared to allow ABC quality, system and process/product audits at TWJ. If the audit results are negative and corrective actions are denied, ABC has - notwithstanding any other right ABC may have - the right to terminate this Basic Agreement and/or the respective Individual Agreement concerned with immediate effect. ABC's personnel are permitted entry to all premises which are used by TWJ in order to fulfill the obligations under this Agreement or an Individual Agreement and to observe all Contract Product related operations and documentation, provided that proper written notice is given duly in advance. 7.5 品質保証に関するその他の詳細については、品質保証契約書および各個別契約書に示されている。 7.5 All further details regarding quality assurance are laid down in the Quality Assurance Agreement and the respective Individual Agreement.
