Expenses. (1) The Customer shall be liable for any and all costs whatsoever, including the fees and expenses (including expense of counsel and the costs for legal proceedings) and compensation for damage incurred in connection with the preparation, due execution and implementation of all foreign exchange transactions under this Agreement absent negligence or wrongful misconduct on the part of the Bank, and the Customer shall pay the amount at the Bank’s request which shall include the calculation.
Expenses. The Pledgor and the Debtor shall severally and jointly be liable for the expenses incurred by the Creditor to protect or enforce the Creditor’s rights against the Pledgor or the Debtor under this Agreement. The Pledgor and the Debtor shall, in accordance with Article 4 of the General Terms, immediately repay any expenses that are paid by the Creditor on behalf of the Pledgor or the Debtor.
