CONFIDENTIALITY. 10.1. The Organizer confirms that any information concerning the Recipient of the Credit related to this Contract shall be considered confidential. The Organizer undertakes to properly and carefully supervise that the confidential information of the Recipient of the Credit does not become known to any third parties. The Recipient of the Credit must use safe electronic communication and data transmission measures and devices only.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 8.1. The information listed in this Chapter of the General Terms and Conditions shall be strictly confidential and shall be defined by the term "Confidential Information":
CONFIDENTIALITY. 12.1. Information disclosed by one Party to the other Party in the course of performance of the Agreement, whether intentionally or accidentally, which has been identified as confidential by the disclosing Party or which should be treated as confidential by nature, and which the ) may not be used for any purpose other than that necessary for the performance of this Agreement. In case of doubt as to whether the information provided by a Party should be treated as confidential, the receiving Party shall treat such information as confidential, unless the disclosing Party specifies otherwise.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 16.1. The Bank shall keep confidential all information received from the Client and other information relating to the relationship between the Client and the Bank, unless otherwise provided in the Service Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 15.1. The Customer will provide the Service Provider all and any information (either verbal, or written, or expressed in any other form, if made available visually or by means of technical devices), which is necessary for proper performance of the obligations assumed by the Parties hereunder (hereinafter, the Confidential information). The Confidential information includes any written and/or verbal information that is related, whether directly or indirectly, to the Customer, ORLEN S.A., other companies within ORLEN Group or their counter parties which is submitted by the Customer directly or indirectly to the Service Provider or received by the Service Provider in any other way in connection with this Contract. The Confidential information shall be intended for and may be used solely in the interests of the Customer. The Service Provider acknowledges that the Confidential information made available to it hereunder is confidential, unless expressly provided herein otherwise.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 7.1. This Agreement, all information disclosed by one Party to the other and obtained under this Agreement, including but not limited to know-how, drawings, models, technological solutions, documents, Intellectual Property and correspondence, shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties unless (i) disclosure is required by applicable law; or (ii) the information becomes publicly available through no fault or error of the Party.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 17.1 Each of the parties shall treat as confidential information which comes into its possession as a result of or in connection with the performance of this Licence Agreement, whether such information relates to the business, sales, marketing or technical operations of either party or the clientele of either party or otherwise, save that which is generally known or that is already in its possession other than as a result of a breach of this Clause or in the public domain.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 20.1. The Bank has a right, with which the Customer agrees, to disclose information concerning the Customer and Application-agreement to the Bank’s parent company and subsidiaries, also to their subsidiaries and to their all divisions as well as to obtain such information from the said companies.
CONFIDENTIALITY. 8.1 Anyone who submits a Report has the right to keep their identity undisclosed to third parties. Unless required by law or explicitly consented, we will not disclose the identity of the reporting person or a person concerned to anyone who does not need to know.

  • KONFIDENCIALUMAS 13.1. Šalys įsipareigoja neatskleisti konfidencialios informacijos, gautos draudimo sutartinių ar ikisutartinių teisinių santykių pagrindu, tretiesiems asmenims, taip pat nenaudoti šios informacijos tokiu būdu, kuris pažeistų kitos draudimo sutarties šalies interesus. BTA turi teisę pateikti visą reikalingą informaciją nepriklausomiems ekspertams bei perdraudikams, gautą draudimo sutartinių ar ikisutartinių santykių pagrindu, taip pat saugoti ją BTA duomenų bazėse. Ši pareiga netaikoma, kuomet šalys, sutinkamai su LR teisės aktų reikalavimais, privalo pateikti informaciją kompetentingoms valstybės institucijoms.
