Release of Information. Supplier shall not publish, release, disclose, or announce to any member of the public, press, official body, or any other third party any information concerning this Order and/or the Work, or any part thereof, without the express prior written consent of TAP, except as required by law. Neither the names or other intellectual property of TAP, nor the Work Site shall be used in any advertising or other promotional context by Supplier without the express prior written consent of TAP.
