Entry into force. 1. Each of the Contracting Parties shall no- tify the other in writing of the completion of the procedures required by its law for the entry into force of this Agreement.
Entry into force. 1. Each of the Contracting States shall notify in written form the other through diplomatic channels of the completion of the procedures required by its law for the entry into force of this Convention.
Entry into force. The interchange fee caps in the EU Regulation on Interchange Fees begin to apply from 9 December 2015. The proposed exemption for certain three-party payment card schemes should be applicable by then. Accordingly, it is proposed that this proposal enter into force on 9 December 2015.
