LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 13.1. In case of non-performance or improper performance of the obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable according to current legislation of Ukraine and this Agreement.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 5.1. The Contractor shall be liable to the Customer for non-performance or improper performance of its obligations under this Contract in the manner prescribed by applicable law of Ukraine.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 5.1. When the Project is implemented on the territory of Ukraine, the Parties shall be held liable for their obligations under the law of Ukraine.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 4.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligations hereunder the Parties shall bear liability in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

За винятком випадків, коли Договір оформлено не належним чином з вини Страхувальника, Страховик несе майнову відповідальність за несвоєчасне здійснення страхової виплати / виплати страхового відшкодування шляхом сплати пені у розмірі 0,01% за кожен день затримки, але не більше подвійної облікової ставки НБУ.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 11.1. In the event of non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment by the Parties of their obligations under the Agreement, the Parties shall be held financially liable for the losses incurred.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 5.1. In case of their failure to fulfil or inadequate fulfilment of their respective obligations hereunder, the Parties shall be liable as envisaged by the current legislation of Ukraine and this Contract.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 5.1. In the case of failure or improper performance by the parties of their obligations under this Agreement, the guilty party is responsible under the laws of Ukraine.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 6.1. The Parties understand the specifics of processing and data transmission in the Internet, therefore agree that the Contractor shall not be liable for any failure of the Services by reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to hardware and software systems failures of third parties and/or data channels not belonging to Contractor.
LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES. 9.1. Each of the Parties shall be held liable in accordance with the Agreement and the current legislation for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations hereunder.
