Governing Law and Jurisdiction. (a) These Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of PRC.

These courts’ jurisdictions are all non-exclusive and the Bank (including its branches/sub-branches) may submit to other courts of competent jurisdiction. Any of the Terms and Conditions other than those in dispute shall be enforced during the proceedings.
