The Sellers shall advise the Buyers of the occurrence mentioned above immediately, and the Sellers shall send a certificate of the accident issued by the Competent Government Authorities where the accident occurs as evidence by air mail to the Buyer for their acceptance If the air mail can’t be used at that time, The seller can scan the certificate and email it to The Buyer . In this situation, The buyer can choose terminate this contract or continue, The seller is still under the obligation to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods when the buyer want to continue this contract. If the Seller can’t performance this contract within a reasonable time, usually one week, after vanishing of Force Majeure, the Buyers shall have the right to cancel the Contract.
