管 限 法 律 Governing Law. 2.1 本合約根據香港法律訂立和解釋，立約雙方甘願接受香港法院的非專有司法管轄權管制。帳戶内之所有交易均須在符合所有監管規則下進行，其中包括但不限於由聯交所、證監會、監管機構或結算所發出及不時修訂之規則及規例以及香港法律。凡於香港以外執行之交易，可能須遵守其他司法管轄區監管機構之監管。客戶須負上遵行有關當地法例及規則的全責。 This Agreement is governed by and construed according to the laws of Hong Kong and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. All Transactions under the Account shall be effected in accordance with all Governing Rules including without limitation rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange, the SFC, the Regulators, the Clearing House, HKSCC and the laws of Hong Kong, as may be amended from time to time. If a Transaction is executed outside Hong Kong, such Transaction may be subject to rules and laws of governing bodies of such other jurisdictions and the Client shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of such other jurisdictions.
