Goodwill and Publicity Neither Party shall use any name, trade name, service xxxx or trademark of the other Party in any promotional or advertising material without the prior written consent of such other Party. The Parties shall coordinate and cooperate with each other when making public announcements related to the execution and existence of this Agreement, and each Party shall have the right to promptly review, comment upon and approve any publicity materials, press releases or other public statements by the other Party that refer to, or that describe any aspect of, this Agreement. Neither Party shall make any press release or public announcement of the specific terms of this Agreement (except for filings or other statements or releases as may be required by applicable law) without the specific prior written consent of the other Party. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all public statements must accurately reflect the rights and obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, including the ownership of Environmental Attributes and Environmental Incentives and any related reporting rights.
NOW THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY AGREED that in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein set forth, the parties agree as follows:
Checkoff The Employer shall deduct the bi-weekly membership dues from the earnings of those employees who authorize such deductions in writing. The Union shall submit such authorizations and certify the amounts to be deducted at least seven (7) days prior to the end of the payroll period for which the deductions are to be effective and the deductions shall continue in effect until canceled by the employee through the Union. The aggregate deductions of all employees, together with a detailed record, shall be remitted to the Union office within ten (10) days after such deductions are made.
DELIVERY AND PUBLISHING 4.1. Xxxxxxx Science offers publishing via a variety of methods. The parties agree that, at a minimum, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Work shall be published in the subscription journal specified, in Schedule 3: Publishing. Additionally, if so specified in the space provided in Schedule 3: Publishing in respect of “Open Access Plus”, and subject to the commercial terms specified therein and the other terms of this Agreement, the Work shall be made available, by Xxxxxxx Science, on an open access basis under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License (CC- BY 4.0), a copy of which is available at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/licenses/by/4.0/legalcode .
In Your Home We cover the following infusion therapy services as part of our allowance for home infusion therapy services when provided by an agency approved by us: • nursing visits; • administration of infusions for therapeutic delivery of drugs, biologicals, and hydration; • infusions for total parenteral nutrition (including the infused TPN); • related equipment; and • supplies. Marketing and Publicity Each party may use the other party’s Brand Features in connection with the Agreement as permitted in the Agreement. Customer may state publicly that it is a Google customer and display Google Brand Features in accordance with the Trademark Guidelines. Customer and Google will work together on an announcement of Customer being a Google customer, which will take place on a mutually agreed upon date within 6 months of the Effective Date. Additionally, with prior written consent, the parties may engage in joint marketing activities such as customer testimonials, announcements, press engagements, public speaking events, and analyst interviews. A party may revoke the other party’s right to use its Brand Features with 30 days’ written notice. Any use of a party’s Brand Features will inure to the benefit of the party holding Intellectual Property Rights to those Brand Features.

Platby In consideration for the services rendered by the Institute, in the Study, the Sponsor agrees to pay to the Institute according to the Budget, attached as Exhibit B hereto (the “Fee”).
