100% Construction Documents Submittal. .1 Upon 100% completion of the Construction Documents, the Project Consultant shall submit to the Owner and Construction Manager seven (7) copies of check sets of the Drawings, Specifications, reports, programs, a final up-dated Project Development Schedule, a final up-dated Statement of Probable Construction Cost and such other documents as reasonably required by Owner.
