120 Hours Vacation. From the forty-third (43rd) full month, to and including the eighty-fourth (84th) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of ten (10) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to one hundred twenty (120) hours per year (10 hours per month X 12 months = 120 hours per year).
