160 Hours Vacation. From the one hundred thirty-third (133rd) full month, to and including the one hundred ninety-second (192nd) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of thirteen and thirty-four hundredths (13.34) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to one hundred sixty (160) hours per year (13.34 hours per month X 12 months = 160 hours per year).
