2015-2016 Salaries. Effective with the 2015-2016 appointment year, full-time members of the bargaining unit (including anyone on phased retirement) who were employed on April 30, 2015 are qualified to receive the pay raises provided in this Section. A pay raise of no less than two and one-half percent (2.5%) of the total amount of the academic year salaries of all qualified Faculty Members under this Section shall be distributed on July 1, 2015. The aggregate amount of this pay raise shall be distributed to individual faculty on the following basis:

2015-2016 Salaries. Effective June 28, 2015, salaries shall be increased based on the average percent of year-to-year change in the Consumer Price Index (U.S. City Average, Urban Wage Earners and Clerical Workers) reported for each of the twelve (12) months ending with the month of March 2015, rounded to the nearest one-tenth of one percent (1/10%); provided, however, such increase shall not be less than two percent (2%) nor more than four percent (4%). Effective June 28, 2015, the job classification of Accounting Technician shall receive a one percent (1%) salary increase.

  • Monthly Salary The words “monthly salary” when used in this Agreement shall mean: (Bi-weekly pay at regular rate of pay times 26.1) divided by 12 = monthly salary

  • Salaries wages and other similar remuneration, other than a pension, paid by a Contracting State or a political subdivision or a local authority thereof to an individual in respect of services rendered to that State or subdivision or authority shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Payment of Salaries 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).

  • Base Salary The Company shall pay to the Executive an annual base salary of $200,000, payable on a monthly basis commencing on the Effective Date (as the same may be adjusted herein, the “Base Salary”). The Base Salary shall be paid in accordance with the Company’s payroll policies.

  • Minimum Salaries 12.1 The minimum base salary for all Bargaining Unit members shall be as follows: 12.2 The minima defined in this Article shall apply to AAUP-represented adjuncts on a pro-rated basis proportional to their percent of full- time.

  • Variable Compensation In addition to any interim award that the Company owes to the Executive under the Variable Compensation Plan (or any similar provisions in a successor to the Variable Compensation Plan), the Executive shall be paid a lump sum cash amount equal to 2.0 times the target annual award under the Variable Compensation Plan for the Executive’s job for the calendar year during which the Change in Control occurs. In order to be entitled to a payment pursuant to this Section 4(b), the Executive must have been a participant in the Company’s Variable Compensation Plan at some time during the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurred or the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurred.

  • Basic Salary For all your services rendered under this Agreement, UO shall pay you a salary at an annual rate of no less than $450,000, or at such higher salary as may be determined by your performance review and the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR. Such higher salary shall subsequently be deemed the annual rate, commencing on such date as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR may determine, for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.
