– 24-Hour Shift Employees. These employees shall be paid at the straight-time rate for work hours scheduled. Work assigned before or after a twenty-four (24) hour on-duty shift or on off-duty shifts shall be paid for at the overtime rate (1 ½) when they work in excess of the daily twenty-four (24) hour shift schedule or in excess of one hundred twenty one (121) hours during the sixteen (16) day work cycle. In no case shall overtime compensation be duplicated or pyramided.
