2Location Sample Clauses

2Location. The lodging facility, conference facility, and parking must be within one-quarter (¼) mile of each other or the Responder must be able to provide shuttle services to and from the sites at no additional cost to the State. If shuttle services are required, the State prefers that the Contractor provide shuttles free of charge, but if the Contractor does charge for shuttles, the cost, per attendee, per day, must be included on the Price Schedule.
2LocationDuring the Term, Employee's Services shall be performed in the State of New Hampshire or any other area of Employee’s convenience which permits regular communication via telephone, Internet or other popular medium with employees, officers, directors, customers and other affiliates as needed to effectively carry out duties as described herein. Employee acknowledges and understands that the Company’s current headquarters are located in New Hampshire and that officers and other participants critical to the Company’s business are dispersed nationally and internationally, and that such dispersion will increase substantially as the Company grows. The parties therefore acknowledge and agree that the nature of Employee's duties hereunder may require domestic and international travel from time to time.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.

  • Principal Location Such Grantor’s mailing address and the location of its place of business (if it has only one) or its chief executive office (if it has more than one place of business), are disclosed in Exhibit A; such Grantor has no other places of business except those set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States that are owned or leased by the Loan Parties as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Loan Party is located as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Loan Party as of the Closing Date.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.
