Common use of 401(k) Clause in Contracts

401(k). If a Severance Termination has occurred, then, subject to subsection (a) of this Section, on October 15 of the year following the Severance Termination the Corporation shall pay to the Employee an amount equal to the 401k matching contribution for the year of his Severance Termination in accordance with the Corporation's 401(k) Plan as if the Employee had been employed for more than 1000 hours during the plan year and employed on the last day of the plan year.
