5: Benefit Continuation Sample Clauses

5: Benefit Continuation. While on a Family Medical Leave, employees will continue to be eligible for Company employee benefits, including group medical insurance, for up to 12 weeks, provided that the employee continue to pay their portion of the premiums. Employees on FML will not accrue additional PTO time while on an unpaid leave and will not be eligible for holiday pay. Employees on FML will retain credit for seniority and PTO time already accrued while on leave.

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.
