PTO Time Sample Clauses

PTO Time. The Officer understands that he will not be eligible for or accrue any additional PTO eligibility after the Separation Date. Payment for any earned but unused 2018 PTO will be paid to the Officer once calculated and as soon as practical, by way of Grainger’s normal payroll process, following the Officer’s Separation Date.

PTO Time. An employee who works one of the above designated Holidays may also request eight (8) hours of PTO time for the day.
PTO Time. (a) For the duration of this Agreement, all employees shall continue to participate in Einstein’s Paid Time Off (PTO) Program on the same terms as other similarly-situated Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Healthcare Network employees. (b) If the terms of such plans shall be changed in a manner materially adverse to participating employees, Einstein agrees that employees will keep their accumulated PTO bank; and that Einstein will give the union a minimum of 120 days’ notice in order to Meet and Discuss over any changes to the employee’s accumulation rates in good faith.
PTO Time. The Officer will continue to be eligible for and accrue PTO through the Retirement Termination Date in accordance with the terms of Grainger’s PTO policy. Payment for any earned but unused PTO will be paid to the Officer in conjunction with his Retirement Termination Date.
PTO Time. PTO scheduled, and approved, five days or more before the start of the shift (Scheduled PTO) shall count as time worked for the purposes of overtime. PTO requested less than five (5) days before the first day of the scheduled shift (unscheduled PTO) does not count as time worked for the purposes of overtime.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Eastern Time Upon receipt of Instructions, and upon your determination that there are good funds with respect to Instructions involving the purchase of shares, you will calculate the net purchase or redemption order for each Portfolio.

  • Business Time From and after the Effective Date, the Executive agrees to devote his full attention during normal business hours to the business and affairs of the Company and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to him hereunder, to the extent necessary to discharge such responsibilities, except for (i) time spent in managing his personal, financial and legal affairs and serving on corporate, civic or charitable boards or committees, in each case only if and to the extent not substantially interfering with the performance of such responsibilities, and (ii) periods of vacation and sick leave to which he is entitled.   • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Part-Time A part-time employee is an employee who regularly works less than forty (40) hours per week. The Agency shall not use part-time employees to avoid full-time benefits.
