5Other. During the term of his service on Omeros’ Board of Directors, the Consultant shall be entitled to receive cash and equity compensation, expense reimbursement and other benefits related to service on the Board of Directors in the same manner and to the same extent as Omeros’ non-employee directors generally.
5Other. (a) Purchaser shall cause a controlling shareholder of Purchaser, under the name of First Avenue, Ltd., to cancel and return to the Purchaser's treasury stock, for no consideration, a total of Nine Million One Hundred Thousand (9,100,000) Shares of Eastport Red's Incorporated, out of the Ten Million (10,000,000) Shares held by Purchaser.
5Other. At the Celebrity’s request, the Host will provide approved hair and makeup personnel.
