7½ Hour Tours - Scheduling. (a) Shift schedules will be posted at least four (4) weeks in advance and shall cover an eight (8) week period. At the time of posting all shifts will be covered. Any anticipated delay or change in the duration will be communicated in advance to the Union by the Manager of the unit. Master rotations will not be altered without the written agreement of the Union. Requests to amend current master rotations will be submitted to the Bargaining Unit no less than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled posting of any master rotation schedule. The master rotation schedule will not be implemented on any unit until such time as the parties have reviewed the changes and an agreement has been reached. Such agreement shall not be unreasonably withheld.
