72-hour Shelter Care Hearings. If a child is taken into custody without a court order by law enforcement under RCW 26.44.050, the child shall immediately be released to CPS for placement in shelter care (temporary care in a licensed facility/home or a home not required to be licensed under RCW 74.15.030). DCYF/CPS is required to provide discovery to the child’s parents at the 72-hour shelter care hearing. If the child interview/joint interview has taken place before the 72-hour shelter care hearing and a copy of the documentation is in the possession of DCYF/CPS, they may be required to provide it to the parents. If law enforcement believes that such disclosure will compromise the criminal investigation, then law enforcement will not provide the documentation to DCYF/CPS. The DCYF/CPS social worker may need to disclose sufficient information to support the filing of the petition and the need for shelter care. If the documentation is provided to DCYF/CPS after the 72-hour shelter care hearing, DCYF/CPS will be required to provide a copy to all parties to the dependency proceeding when they receive it as part of the discovery process. Law enforcement will notify DCYF/CPS if this disclosure will compromise the law enforcement investigation and a protective order will be requested. If the investigative interview with the child has not yet taken place, DCYF/CPS will inform the court of that fact.

  • Public Hearings If public hearings on the scope of work are held during the period of the Agreement, Contractor will make available to testify the personnel assigned to this Agreement. The Energy Commission will reimburse Contractor for compensation and travel of the personnel at the Agreement rates for the testimony which the Energy Commission requests.

  • Grievance Hearings Each grievance hearing will be conducted by the designated administrator to determine what, if any, violation of this Agreement has occurred. Hearings will be attended by the grievant, the Hearing officer, and up to two (2) additional representatives designated by the parties respective sides. The parties may request and mutually agree that additional witnesses/representatives may attend. Witnesses will be permitted to attend hearings in those instances when the grievant and/or the Union need information more specific than that available to the grievant or Union. The parties agree that the University will schedule grievance hearings no later than two (2) hours prior to the end of the grievant’s and/or Union representative’s work shift, and the grievant will be released from duty early enough to be able to attend the grievance hearing as scheduled. If such hearings extend beyond the end of the normal work schedule of any bargaining unit member(s), the bargaining unit member(s) present at the grievance hearing will not be paid for any time spent after the end of the work schedule. Grievance hearings for bargaining unit members whose work schedules are other than the standard day shift will be scheduled at mutually convenient times. A “class action” grievance is when more than one (1) employee files a grievance over the same alleged violation, misapplication and/or misinterpretation of the terms of the Agreement. When such occurs the grievant or the Union will attempt to identify the bargaining unit members initially involved in the class action grievance, or will provide a description of the class in sufficient detail to enable the University to investigate the grievance. In class action grievances no more than one (1) grievant may attend the hearings.

  • Maternity/Child Care Leave A. The Board agrees to provide employees with a child care leave of absence, without pay, as set forth below:

  • Child Care Leave (a) An employee who is a natural or adoptive parent shall be granted upon request in writing child care leave without pay for a period of up to thirty-five (35) weeks. The leave may be shared by the parents or taken wholly by one (1) parent.

  • Public Hearing 7. In the course of each proceeding, the competent investigating authority shall:

  • Community Based Adult Intensive Service (AIS) and Child and Family Intensive Treatment (CFIT) – AIS/CFIT programs offer services primarily based in the home and community for qualifying adults and children with moderate- to-severe mental health conditions. These programs consist at a minimum of ongoing emergency/crisis evaluations, psychiatric assessment, medication evaluation and management, case management, psychiatric nursing services, and individual, group, and family therapy. In a Provider’s Office/In Your Home This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. Psychological Testing This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Rosters 8.1 As far as practically possible, the Employer will draw up a roster 1 week in advance. Changes to rosters may occur with 24 hours notice or, subject to the availability of the Employee, with less notice if by mutual consent.

  • Grievance Hearing Within four (4) working days after the receipt of the written grievance, the Superintendent shall arrange and meet with the Union Representative for a hearing of the grievance.

  • Attendance at Hearings A. Designated Union officials may be granted leave of absence without loss of wages, benefits or other privileges to attend hearings before the Legislature and State agencies concerning matters of importance to the Union and the Employer. Such leave will require prior approval of the CEO.

  • Child or Elder Care Emergencies Leave without pay, compensatory time or paid leave may be granted for child or elder care emergencies.
