A Metal. Industry Employee unable to take a meal break after five (5) or six (6) hours (as the case may be) will be paid at 150% of their ordinary rate from the fifth or sixth hour until a meal break is taken, save that an Employee employed as a regular maintenance person shall work during meal breaks at ordinary rates of pay whenever instructed to do so for the purpose of making good breakdown of plant or upon routine maintenance of plant which can only be done while such plant is idle.
