Casual Employee Casual employee means a part-time employee who is not normally scheduled to work but who may be called in to work to provide coverage as required.
NATIONAL EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS 9.1 It is the intention of this Agreement that the NES, as it may be varied from time to time, shall apply to the employees the subject of this Agreement. CULTURAL LEAVE FOR ABORIGINAL EMPLOYEES The Superintendent of Schools or their designate, may grant five (5) paid days per year leave with seven (7) days written notice from the employee to participate in Aboriginal Cultural event(s). Such leave shall not be unreasonably denied.
