A uthorized Users. The Software may be accessed and used only by Authorized Users. Subscriber shall be responsible for all actions of Authorized Users and their failure to comply with this Agreement.
A uthorized Users. You are responsible for all activity, acts or omissions of any person or entity that is able to access the Services under your account and you will limit access to the number of users that are allowed under your account to those permitted under your selected Subscription Plan (each, an "Authorized User"). Additionally, you agree that: (i) log-in credentials and account information will not be shared with third parties; (ii) you will not sell or sublicense access to your account or the Services; (iii) you will not charge, or receive payment, in cash or in kind, from any individual or entity for use of, or access to, any portion of the Services; (iv) you will ensure that Authorized Users comply with this Agreement and any other Specific Terms of Service or other agreement that you have with Tourismo Jobs; (v) you will immediately notify Tourismo Jobs of any suspected or alleged violation of this Agreement, including any unauthorized use of any password or account information, or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (vi) you will cooperate with Tourismo Jobs with respect to investigation of any suspected or alleged violation of this Agreement and any action by Tourismo Jobs to enforce this Agreement. Tourismo Jobs may suspend, limit, condition, or terminate an Authorized User's access to the Services or any features thereof, in the event that Tourismo Jobs reasonably determines that such Authorized User has violated this Agreement or appears likely to do so.
A uthorized Users. You may not allow the use of and/or access to the Software by third parties or anyone other than (i) your employees whose duties require such access or use; and (ii) your authorized consultants and subcontractors (excluding any direct competitors of the Company) while such access will be permitted only at your facilities/premises and only where such use is required as part of their performance of services on your behalf. You will ensure that your employees, consultants and subcontractors comply with the terms of this Agreement and shall bear full responsibility for any harm caused to the Company for breach of the terms of the license by your consultants or subcontractors.
A uthorized Users a. You can add individuals as Authorized Users using the Manage Authorized Users function within CardManager. But please note that you cannot remove an Authorized User using CardManager. If you want to stop an Authorized User from using your Account, you must notify us by calling 0- 000-000-0000 and you must obtain possession of any Card, checks or other means of accessing your Account from the Authorized User.
