Rotating Shifts Nurses required to work rotating shifts (days, evenings and nights) shall be scheduled in such a way as to equitably as possible assign the rotation. Final Cleaning Before final inspection of the work, the Contractor shall clean all ground occupied by the Contractor in connection with the work of all rubbish, excess materials, temporary structures and equipment, and all parts of the work must be left in a neat and presentable condition to the satisfaction of the Project Manager. However, the Contractor shall not remove any warning and directional signs prior to the formal acceptance by the Project Manager. Full compensation for final cleaning will be included in the prices paid for the various items of work or lump sum bid, as the case may be, and no separate payment will be made therefor.

Uniform Cleaning The County agrees to provide for a contract cleaning arrangement whereby pickup service will be available at the Yakima County Department of Corrections. Cleaning shall be authorized for all personnel required to wear uniforms in the course of their employment. The County shall determine the place where such clothing shall be cleaned and make disbursements directly to the contract cleaner(s).
Annual Leave Loading (a) In addition to their ordinary pay, an employee, other than a shiftworker, will be paid an annual leave loading of 17.5% of their ordinary pay on a maximum of 152 hours/four weeks annual leave per annum.
Workplace adjustment An employer wishing to employ a person under the provisions of this clause shall take reasonable steps to make changes in the workplace to enhance the employee’s capacity to do the job.
