ABSENCE OF THE EMPLOYEE. Each employee unable to perform his/her duties due to illness or other causes shall notify his/her immediate supervisor or administrator at least one (1) hour during AM hours prior to noon or two (2) hours during PM hours prior to midnight before his/her scheduled reporting time.
