PROCEDURE FOR RESOLVING SENIORITY CONFLICTS. The date of hire shall be defined as the date the employee reports for work. All seniority shall accrue from the date of hire. In circumstances of more than one (1) individual having the same effective date of employment, all individuals so affected will participate in a drawing to determine placement on the seniority lists. The Sparta Educational Support Personnel Association and unit members so affected will be notified, in writing, of the date, time and place that will reasonably allow the affected individuals and the SESPA representatives to be in attendance. All of the employees hired prior to July 1, 1986 shall retain their current ranking on the seniority lists. Internal candidates moving from one category to another shall receive placement on the seniority list of the new category ahead of any new hires reporting to work on the same date in the same category.

  • Incorporation of Administrative Code Provisions by Reference The provisions of Chapters 12B and 12C of the San Francisco Administrative Code are incorporated in this Section by reference and made a part of this Agreement as though fully set forth herein. Contractor shall comply fully with and be bound by all of the provisions that apply to this Agreement under such Chapters, including but not limited to the remedies provided in such Chapters.   • Conflict Resolution 15.1 In case of conflict between the project partners resulting from the interpretation or the application of this Agreement, or in connection with the activities contained within, the parties involved shall make the effort to come to an amicable arrangement rapidly and in the spirit of good cooperation.
