Absentee Owner Operators Sample Clauses

Absentee Owner Operators. All Owner Operators must perform all daily and work functions of their route unless away due to reasonable vacation time, approved leave of absence, illness or injury. Some examples of the intent of this clause are to eliminate the following; absentee Owner Operators holding full time or partial jobs elsewhere, absentee Owner Operators not working their route at all, and not working elsewhere. Provincial Appendixes rules apply. The parties agree that the intent of this language is to deal with the problem of absentee Owner Operators only, this language does not change any agreed to practices between the parties, contractual language or responsibilities as related to Owner Operator vacation time, approved leaves of absence, illness or injury.

  • Operator The Optionee shall be the operator for purposes of developing and executing exploration programs.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators. You must supply and employ any Operator who operates the Equipment and that Operator shall be deemed to be Your employee and acting under Your supervision or control for all purposes and shall be covered as an insured on all of Your applicable insurance policies.

  • Instructions for Operators This agreement is intended to be provided to an Operator from a LEA. The Operator should fully read the agreement and is requested to complete the below areas of the agreement. Once the Operator accepts the terms of the agreement, the Operator should wet sign the agreement and return it to the LEA. Once the LEA signs the agreement, the LEA should provide a signed copy of the agreement to the Operator.   • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Visits by Union Representatives 9 The County agrees that accredited representatives of the American Federation of 10 State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, whether local Union representatives, 11 Staff Representatives, or International representatives, upon reasonable and proper 12 introduction, shall have reasonable access to the premises of the County at any time 13 during working hours to conduct Union business. The Union agrees that such visits will 14 cause no disruptions or interruptions of work.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • Consider Operator as School Official The Parties agree that Operator is a “school official” under FERPA and has a legitimate educational interest in personally identifiable information from education records. For purposes of the Service Agreement and this DPA, Operator: (1) provides a service or function for which the LEA would otherwise use employees; (2) is under the direct control of the LEA with respect to the use and maintenance of education records; and

  • Owner’s Representatives 9.1.1 Owner designates the individual listed below as its Senior Representative (“Owner Senior Representative”), which individual has the authority and responsibility for avoiding and resolving disputes under Section 10.2 of the General Conditions: 9.1.2 Owner designates the individual listed below as its Owner’s Representative, which individual has the authority and responsibility set forth in Section 3.3 of the General Conditions:
