Substantial Progress – is related only to academic performance, is reflected in a school’s “Renewal Performance Profile,” and makes a school eligible for full renewal.
This Amendment is only applicable where the Community Solar Garden has achieved Substantial Progress (as defined below).
The State may elect to terminate this Grant upon receipt and review of any Quarterly Progress Report, submitted per the time periods defined in Exhibit B, if such Quarterly Progress Report fails to evidence Substantial Progress in the Work as directed, defined and expected under Exhibit B.
A prerequisite to showing that Substantial Progress has been achieved in a timely manner is that before the Commercial Operations Date Deadline the Subscriber Organization must submit a signed letter to Company attesting to the fact that Substantial Progress as defined in this Contract has been made, and attach photographs to that letter demonstrating this.
