Substantial Progress definition

Substantial Progress means that on or before the last Day of the 18-month period (including day-for- day extensions) to achieve the Commercial Operations Date, the Subscriber Organization has achieved all of the following: (1) Installed one-hundred percent (100%) of the PV System foundation (including pier, helical screw, ballasts, or similar) to enable mounting of the Nameplate Capacity as collectively set forth in Interconnection Agreement(s) for the CBRE Project site; (2) Built, or otherwise has in place, a permanent drivable (road) surface on the parcel or parcels of land associated with the PV System so that Company on a 24 hour a day, seven days a week, basis can access its equipment, including but not limited to lines, poles, transformers, billing meters, underground facilities and other facilities, but excluding production meters. The drivable road surface needs to be reasonably sufficient to support the use of a 10 ton truck; and (3) Built, or otherwise has in place, a permanent fence surrounding the entirety of the CBRE Project location.
Substantial Progress means DAEWOONG has already submitted an application for (NDA equivalent) the Markeing Authorization in affected countries outside of the Territoy within 6 months. Further, STOCOSIL will have an automatic right to exercise the Step-In right even without a written notice from DAEWOONG, if DAEWOONG has not obtained the Marketing Authorizations in the country(ies) outside of the Territory for the Product within two years an approved US FDA Marketing Authorization for the Optional Product by STOCOSIL. Not withstanding the above statement, DAEWOONG will have an unlimited timeline to Develop and Commercialize the Product and the Optional Product in Korea, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and Philippines without triggering the automatic Step-In right by STOCOSIL.
Substantial Progress. The agreement acknowledges that “Oregon has made substantial progress in providing employment services to and improving employment outcomes” for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). The agreement is intended to “reflect and take into account this substantial progress.”

  • The State may elect to terminate this Grant upon receipt and review of any Quarterly Progress Report, submitted per the time periods defined in Exhibit E – Project Performance Plan/Conditions Met, if such Quarterly Progress Report fails to evidence Substantial Progress in the Work as directed, defined and expected under Exhibit B.


More Definitions of Substantial Progress

Substantial Progress means that, from an overall perspective, the Province is making sufficient progress in complying with Appendix A that it is still anticipated that the discrimination will be remedied in the timeframe contemplated by Appendix A in accordance with Appendix D, irrespective of any specific indicator, timeframe, target of Appendix A.
