Academic Conference Leave. If an employee is attending an academic confer- ence, the employee and the supervisor may re- schedule the employee’s work such that the employ- ee may attend without any loss in pay. Should rea- sonable arrangements not be possible, the supervi- sor may grant paid leave of up to two (2) days on which hours of work have been scheduled per semester to attend academic conferences.
