Academic Course Substitutes Sample Clauses

The Academic Course Substitutes clause defines the conditions under which a student may replace a required course with an alternative course. Typically, this clause outlines the approval process, such as needing consent from an academic advisor or department head, and may specify acceptable substitute courses or criteria for selection. Its core function is to provide flexibility in academic planning, allowing students to meet graduation requirements when standard courses are unavailable or when a student's prior experience or coursework justifies an alternative.
