Dismissal of tenured academic employees and the dismissal of probationary and temporary academic employees during the term of their appointment shall be governed by the remaining sections of this Article and Article XI and are not subject to the Grievance Procedure (Article XV). 2. Dismissals of other academic employees during the terms of their appointments are exempt from the provisions of this Article but subject to the Grievance Procedure. Decisions relating to granting of subsequent employment are vested exclusively with the Employer.
