Teachers will not become advocates of a particular point of view on controversial 9 issues in classroom situations. Students will have the opportunity to find, collect, and assemble factual 10 material on the subject; to interpret the data without prejudice, to reconsider assumptions and claims, 11 and to reach their own conclusions.
