Acceptance by County. The County hereby accepts the Facilities License subject to the terms and condition set forth in the Master Agreement and, in consideration for the grant thereof by Fairfax Water, covenants and agrees to exercise its rights and perform its obligations pursuant to and in accordance with the Master Agreement to the same extent as if set forth fully herein.
Acceptance by County. Upon acceptance and recordation of the aforementioned deeds, the terms of this contract will be deemed satisfied, except for those conditions relative to liabilities of each party which may remain outstanding and unsatisfied at the time.
Acceptance by County. 35.1 Key Deliverable 1.0 shall achieve Acceptance by County when and if County’s Project Director has approved in writing Deliverable 1.0.
Acceptance by County. All goods delivered and/or services performed and completed under the Agreement are subject to the acceptance of the County or its authorized representatives. Supplier shall remedy any problems holding up acceptance in a manner and timeline acceptable to the County. Failure by the Supplier to take corrective action within 24 hours after personal or telephonic notice by the County’s representative on conditions affecting essential use, safety or the preservation of property and within ten days following written notice on other deficiencies will result in the County taking whatever corrective action it deems necessary. All costs resulting from such action by the County will be claimed against Supplier.
Acceptance by County. It is the intent of County and Developer, as expressed through this Agreement, that the Developer shall have responsibility to provide complete and comprehensive Drawings meeting all of the Specifications for the Project in order to allow Developer to complete a fully operational Project on a “turnkey” basis. County’s review of Developer’s Drawings shall not relieve Developer of its obligation to comply with the requirements of this Agreement and any Legal Requirements. Acceptance by County of any Drawings or other materials prepared by or on behalf of Developer shall be limited to review for consistency with County’s requirement for the Project and shall not constitute approval, acceptance or direction of construction means or methods, including, but not limited to, sequencing, materials, techniques or other details of the construction. County shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy of the information it receives from Developer. Acceptance by County does not constitute approval by any Governmental Entity with jurisdiction over the Project.
Acceptance by County. (a) ACCEPTANCE TESTING After installation of the SYSTEM is complete, COUNTY'S operational personnel have been trained, and COUNTY'S REPRESENTATIVE agrees that the SYSTEM is functioning reliably, COUNTY will immediately commence a period of acceptance testing.
