Acceptance, Effective Date and Duration. This contract shall constitute an extension of the term of the contract dated May 20, 2021, effective May 20, 2021 and scheduled therein to expire July 31, 2021. This extension provides the contract term shall expire, unless otherwise terminated or extended, upon completion of the Scope of Work and Description of Additional Work and not later than March 31, 2022. The passage of the contract expiration date (as recorded above) shall not extinguish, prejudice or limit either party’s right to enforce this contract with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.

Acceptance, Effective Date and Duration. This amendment shall constitute an increase in scope and fee and an extension of the Contract scheduled to expire on December 31, 2024. The scope and fee increase is outlined in attached exhibit A and the contract is hereby extended through June 30, 2025. The passage of the Contract expiration date (as recorded above) shall not extinguish, prejudice or limit either party’s right to enforce this amendment with respect to any default or defect in performance that has not been cured.

  • Effective Date and Duration When all Parties have executed this Grant, and all necessary approvals have been obtained (“Executed Date”), this Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will expire on June 30, 2021.

  • EXPIRATION DATE AND EXTENSION This Contract expires December 28, 2022, unless it is terminated sooner pursuant to Article XX of the General Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this Contract by reference. This Contract may be extended up to two additional one-year periods upon request of Sourcewell and with written agreement by the Contractor, not to exceed a total of three years.
