Common use of ACCEPTANCE OF BID Clause in Contracts

ACCEPTANCE OF BID. If vendor has been placed in default during the previous snow season under a Snow Removal Equipment Agreement or any other contract with the Department, VDOT reserves the right not to enter a Snow Removal Equipment Agreement with the vendor for one year from the date of the default.
