Acceptance of Certifications Required for Development Applications. Any Development Application requiring the signature, endorsement, or certification and/or stamping by a person holding a license or professional certification required by the State of Utah in a particular discipline shall be so signed, endorsed, certified or stamped signifying that the contents of the Development Application comply with the applicable regulatory standards of the City.
Acceptance of Certifications Required for Development Applications. Any Development Application, improvement plans, construction testing and oversite requiring the signature, endorsement, or certification and/or stamping by a person holding a license or professional certification required by the State of Utah in a particular discipline shall be so signed, endorsed, certified or stamped signifying that the contents of the Development Application comply with the applicable regulatory standards of the City. The City will therefore accept the application for review. It is not the intent of this Section to preclude the normal process of the City’s ability to determine the completeness or “redlining”, commenting on or suggesting alternatives to the proposed designs or specifications in the Development Application. Generally, the Development Applicant shall provide the City with a complete set of plans at the outset of the Application process and the City should endeavor to make all of it’s redlines, comments or suggestions at the time of the first review of the Development Application unless and changes to the Development Application raise new issues that need to be addressed.
