Acceptance of Franchise. Xxx Communications hereby accepts the Wireless Facilities Franchise and agrees to comply with all of the terms of the Agreement, as well as with all applicable Federal, State and local laws, ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules and regulations, regardless of whether they are expressly referenced in this Agreement.
Acceptance of Franchise. Contractor agrees to be bound by and comply with all the Solid Waste collection requirements of this Agreement. Contractor waives any right or claim to serve any part of the Franchise Area under any prior grant of franchise, contract, license or permit issued or granted by any governmental entity.
Acceptance of Franchise. The franchisee shall, within thirty (30) days after the adoption of the Ordinance granting the franchise, file with the Clerk of the Board a written acceptance of the terms and conditions of said Agreement, which will constitute acceptance.
Acceptance of Franchise. Franchisee hereby accepts the Franchise, warrants and represents that it has examined this Agreement and all of the provisions of the Cable Ordinance, subject to Sections 2.6 and 2.7 above, and accepts and agrees to be bound by all of the provisions contained in the Cable Ordinance and this Agreement.
Acceptance of Franchise. This ordinance shall be submitted to the Tennessee Regulatory Authority pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, § 65-4-107 for approval and shall take effect from the day and date of its passage, but only after it has been accepted in all its terms and revisions by the company, in writing, within sixty (60) days after its passage; otherwise, the same shall be null and void and of no effect. Acceptance of Franchise. Contractor hereby accepts the franchise on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Acceptance of Franchise. Grantee shall be deemed to accept this franchise by execution of this Agreement after its approval by the Council.
Acceptance of Franchise. Franchisee accepts the Franchise hereby granted to it pursuant to and in strict accordance the Warrenville Municipal Code as it has been and may from time to time be amended, and does hereby agree to strictly comply with each and every term of this Agreement and of the Warrenville Municipal Code, as it has been and may from time to time be amended.
Acceptance of Franchise. Xxxxxxxxxx agrees to be bound by and comply with all the requirements of this Franchise Agreement. Franchisee waives, terminates and hereby releases any right or claim to serve any part of the City under any prior grant of franchise, contract, license or permit issued or granted by any governmental entity.
Acceptance of Franchise. FRANCHISEE hereby accepts the Franchise on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, City Ordinance and resolutions. Execution of this Agreement shall not constitute the notification required by Public Resources Code Section 49520.
