Cable Modem Service. (A) The Franchisee shall offer to provide, at the County’s option, data- over-cable services through its business-oriented cable modem service to the locations so designated in Appendix 1. (B) The Franchisee shall initially offer to provide a minimum downstream transfer rate of 256 Kbps and an upstream transfer rate of between 128 Kbps and 256 Kbps to each location connected to the cable modem service. The County may request and obtain a higher transfer rate service from the Franchisee up to the maximum transfer rates provided by the Franchisee at any time during the term of the Franchise. (C) The cable modem service shall meet the following parameters at each site connected: (i) Noise, Distortion and Other Performance Parameters (Downstream) – Under worst-case channel loading (including both analog and digital signals) the performance for the downstream connections shall always meet or exceed FCC performance specifications as contained in 47 CFR, Part 76, for noise, distortion and other applicable parameters. (ii) Noise, Distortion and Other Performance Parameters (Upstream) – Under worst-case channel loading (including both analog and digital signals) the performance of the upstream connections shall always meet or be better than manufacturer’s recommended specifications for cable modems, cable modem termination systems and other equipment employed by the Franchisee and the County to successfully provide data-over-cable services for the County’s use. (iii) Signal Levels (Downstream) – The minimum signal level received at any institution shall always meet or exceed FCC requirements for downstream cable system operation. (iv) Signal Levels (Upstream) – The input signal level received upstream at the Franchisee hub or headend shall never fall below, nor the maximum level exceed, manufacturer’s recommended specifications for any equipment required by the County to successfully transmit data communications as envisioned in the Franchise. (D) The Franchisee shall offer to provide the data-over-cable services described herein in a virtual private network (VPN) environment between each location and an interconnect point at the headend where data communications from each site shall be securely interconnected with the fiber I-Net. (E) Service response, cost rebates and other data-over-cable service characteristics not specified in this Agreement shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of a Service Level Agreement negotiated between the County and Comcast B...

Cable Modem Service. For so long as Company is in the business of providing cable modem internet access service, Company shall provide cable modem internet access service at no cost to all public libraries in Brunswick with sufficient bandwidth for reasonable use by the library staff and the public. Company will also provide cable modem service upon request to all municipal buildings at a discount of 50% off Company’s published rates for the level of service selected.
Cable Modem Service. The Grantee shall offer to provide, at the Town’s option, data-over-cable services through its business-oriented cable modem service to the following locations within the incorporated Town of La Plata: La Plata Town Hall La Plata Police Department La Plata Community Center La Plata Public Works Department La Plata Train Station La Plata Fire Museum Residents of the Town of La Plata have the right to use the County’s public access facilities under the terms and conditions set forth by the County.
Cable Modem Service. 1. The Franchisee shall provide data-over-cable services through its business-oriented cable modem service to the Mechanicsville Fire Department Substation and Whitemarsh Elementary School locations. 2. Franchisee shall provide 85% of the time, as measured on a quarterly basis, a minimum downstream transfer rate of 1 Mbps and an upstream transfer rate of 1 Mbps to each location connected to the cable modem service. 3. The Franchisee shall offer to provide the data-over-cable services described herein in a virtual private network (VPN) environment between each location and an interconnect point at the County Government Center where data communications from each site shall be securely interconnected with the fiber I-Net. 4. Service response, and other data-over-cable service characteristics not specified in this Agreement shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of a Service Level Agreement negotiated between the County and the Franchisee. 5. The Franchisee shall impose no charges on the County or any other Authorized User for the provision of cable modem connectivity as described herein to a single cable modem at each specified location.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Utility Service To the extent commercially reasonable and practicable, the Sellers and Purchaser shall obtain xxxxxxxx and meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date to aid in the proration of charges for gas, electricity and other utility services which are not the direct responsibility of Tenants. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are obtained, adjustments for any costs, expenses, charges or fees shown thereon shall be made in accordance with such xxxxxxxx or meter readings. If such xxxxxxxx or meter readings as of the Business Day preceding the Closing Date are not available for a utility service, the charges therefor shall be adjusted at the Closing on the basis of the per diem charges for the most recent prior period for which bills were issued and shall be further adjusted at the Final Closing Adjustment on the basis of the actual bills for the period in which the Closing takes place. Each Property’s Seller shall receive a credit at Closing for the Utility Deposits, if any, that are transferred or made available to Purchaser and that are held by applicable utility companies for the account of such Seller in respect of services provided to such Seller’s Property or Properties. Purchaser shall arrange for placing all utility services and bills in its own name as of the Closing Date.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • CLEC OUTAGE For a problem limited to one CLEC (or a building with multiple CLECs), BellSouth has several options available for restoring service quickly. For those CLECs that have agreements with other CLECs, BellSouth can immediately start directing traffic to a provisional CLEC for completion. This alternative is dependent upon BellSouth having concurrence from the affected CLECs. Whether or not the affected CLECs have requested a traffic transfer to another CLEC will not impact BellSouth's resolve to re-establish traffic to the original destination as quickly as possible.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement. We agree to provide the services selected and you agree to pay us for those services.   • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Provisional Interconnection Service Upon the request of Interconnection Customer, and prior to completion of requisite Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities Interconnection Customer may request limited Interconnection Service at the discretion of Transmission Provider based upon an evaluation that will consider the results of available studies, which terms shall be memorialized in the Interconnection Service Agreement. Consistent with Tariff, Part VI, Subpart B, section 212.4, Interconnection Customer may execute the Interconnection Service Agreement, request dispute resolution or request that the Interconnection Service Agreement be filed unexecuted with the Commission. Transmission Provider shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if Interconnection Customer interconnects without modifications to the Generating Facility or the Transmission System. Transmission Provider shall determine whether any Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, or system protection facilities that are necessary to meet the requirements of NERC, or any applicable Regional Entity for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are in place prior to the commencement of Interconnection Service from the Generating Facility. Where available studies indicate that such Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities that are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Generating Facility are not currently in place, Transmission Provider will perform a study, at the Interconnection Customer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Generating Facility shall be studied and updated annually and at the Interconnection Customer’s expense. The results will be communicated to the Interconnection Customer in writing upon completion of the study. Interconnection Customer assumes all risk and liabilities with respect to the Provisional Interconnection Service, including changes in output limits and Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, Local Upgrades, and/or system protection facilities cost responsibilities.
