Common use of Acceptance of Recall Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Recall. A teacher accepting recall shall notify the School District in writing within 15 calendar days after the date of mailing of the notice of recall.

Acceptance of Recall. A a. The teacher accepting must deliver to the District written notice of acceptance of recall shall notify by the School date specified in the notice. The deadline for acceptance may not be less than five (5) school or District in writing within 15 calendar business days after the date of mailing of the notice of recallrecall is mailed, delivered in person, or emailed to the teacher by the District.
