Common use of Acceptance of Reemployment Clause in Contracts

Acceptance of Reemployment. If a position becomes available for a qualified teacher on ULA, the School District shall mail the notice to such teacher who shall have ten (10) days from the date of such notice to accept the reemployment. Failure to accept, in writing, within such ten (10)-day period shall constitute a waiver on the part of the teacher to any further rights of employment or reinstatement, and that teacher shall forfeit any future reinstatement or employment rights.

Failure to accept, accept the position in writing, writing 47 within such ten (10)-day 20-day period shall constitute a waiver on the part of the any teacher to any further rights of 48 employment or reinstatement, and that teacher shall forfeit any future reinstatement or employment rights.
