Access During Emergencies. In case of any emergency originating in or threatening the Leased Property, regardless of the time of day or, whether the Tenant is present at the time of such emergency, the Landlord, its agents and employees, shall have the right to enter the Leased Property for the purpose of remedying or abating the cause of such emergency and such right of entry shall be immediate and without the necessity of prior notice to or consent of Tenant.
