Access to Certificateholders' Names and Addresses. (a) If any Certificateholder (for purposes of this Section 5.05, an "Applicant") applies in writing to the Certificate Registrar, and such application states that the Applicant desires to communicate with other Certificateholders, the Certificate Registrar shall furnish or cause to be furnished to such Applicant a list of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders as of the most recent Record Date, at the expense of the Applicant.

  • Access to Certificateholders’ Names and Addresses; Special Notices (a) The Certificate Registrar shall maintain in as current form as is reasonably practicable the most recent list available to it of the names and addresses of the Certificateholders. Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding a Certificate, agrees that neither the Certificate Administrator nor the Certificate Registrar shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such Special Notice to Certificateholders, regardless of the information set forth in such Special Notice.

  • Notification to Certificateholders (a) Upon any termination of or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders and to each Rating Agency.
