Access to Data and Computer. In addition to the matters detailed in this XXXX, Customer understands that QualiSystems’ obligations hereunder cannot be met without access to Customer’s computer systems. Customer therefore agrees to provide QualiSystems with remote access to Licensee's computer systems and sufficient computer time and assistance to enable QualiSystems to (a) duplicate any reported problem, (b) determine that the problem results from the Software, and, (c) after corrective action, determine that the problem has been solved, or a workaround provided.

Access to Data and Computer. On request, Purchaser shall provide Contractor with printouts of the Software or of data in storage that exhibits evidence of a programming error. Purchaser shall provide Contractor with access to Purchaser's computer and sufficient computer time to enable Contractor to duplicate the problem, determine that it results from the Software, and, after corrective action or replacement has taken place, determine that the problem has been alleviated.

Access to Data and Computer. In the event LICENSEE elects to host the “Software”, LICENSEE shall, at its own expense, provide remote access to LICENSOR; both the front end of the application through Internet Explorer and to the application/database servers, if needed, for LICENSOR’s use in providing the Maintenance and Support Services. LICENSOR shall at all times have reasonable access to provide the Maintenance and Support Services. LICENSOR will perform the Maintenance and Support Services in a manner that minimizes interruptions in the availability or functioning of the Software. If LICENSOR needs access to LICENSEE’s servers in order to perform maintenance or support, LICENSOR shall promptly notify LICENSEE, and LICENSOR’s response time obligations under this Agreement shall commence when LICENSEE makes reasonably available to LICENSOR such remote access.
Access to Data and Computer. On request, agrees to provide STS360 with evidence of a programming error, if the STS360 is unable to replicate the issues reported in a work order. Customer further agrees to provide STS360 with access to computers, servers, networks, viewstations, note other equipment here and sufficient computer time to enable STS360 to investigate the problem, determine that it results from a warrantable cause, and, after corrective action or replacement has taken place, determine that the problem has been alleviated. STS360 also requires that allow access to stored data, upon approval of the Customer, and the ability to remove data that is causing conflicts and/or inhibiting the ability to repair system to its full functionality.

  • Access to Data Operator shall make Data in the possession of the Operator available to the LEA within five (5) business days of a request by the LEA.

  • Database File The Servicer will provide the Successor Servicer with a magnetic tape (in a format reasonably acceptable to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer) containing the database file for each Contract (i) as of the Initial Cutoff Date, (ii) the Subsequent Cutoff Date, (iii) thereafter, as of the last day of the preceding Due Period on each Determination Date prior to a Service Transfer and (iv) on and as of the Business Day before the actual commencement of servicing functions by the Successor Servicer following the occurrence of a Service Transfer.

  • Access to Records The Contractor and its subcontractors, if any, shall maintain all books, documents, papers, accounting records, and other evidence pertaining to all costs incurred under this Contract. They shall make such materials available at their respective offices at all reasonable times during this Contract, and for three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, for inspection by the State or its authorized designees. Copies shall be furnished at no cost to the State if requested.
