Emergency Call. It is agreed that for emergency repairs outside of working hours, employees and/or crews will turn out, not as a mandatory requirement, but because it is expected of employees working for a utility operation.
Emergency Call. In A minimum of four hours’ pay at the applicable rate will be paid to an employee called in to do emergency work. The employees called in for emergency work will report to the supervisor in charge when they complete their assignments. If the supervisor has no other emergency work, the employee will punch out.
Emergency Call. The term "Emergency Call" shall mean a call that requires immediate law enforcement, fire rescue, or EMS call for service dispatch, or a combination thereof. Alarm lines are included within the definition of an Emergency Call.
Emergency Call. In An employee who has left the plant and is called in by the Company to perform work shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate or pay at one and one‐half (1‐1/2) times base hourly rate, as overtime pay for such work performed, whichever is greater. Emergency Call. In the event that it is necessary for an employee to report immediately to the workplace in response to an emergency situation at a time when he/she is not ordinarily scheduled, the employee shall receive a minimum compensation of at least four (4) hours pay.
Emergency Call. In Drivers called in to drive in an emergency situation shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours drive time.
Emergency Call. The City agrees to pay employees who are called during off-duty hours for emergency call for a minimum of four (4) hours Premium pay even though the emergency may not require four (4) hours time. Whenever an employee is unexpectedly called back to work following the termination of his or her normal work shift he/she shall receive a guarantee of a minimum of four (4) hours premium pay.
Emergency Call a. An emergency-call employee shall be defined as an Association member who receives an emergency-call from the police, fire, city, etc.
b. An Association member shall receive no less than a two (2) hour minimum at their hourly rate if required to report to school grounds for an emergency-call purpose.
Emergency Call. 18.01(a) Double time shall be paid for actual time worked with a minimum of four (4) hours at double time, whichever is greater, for an employee who is called for emergency work on his/her day off, which shall be two (2) consecutive days in seven (7), or when called out after the employee’s regular hours.
18.01 (b) When an employee is called back for emergency work of two hours or less before his/her regular shifts starts, he/she shall receive double time for the actual time worked up to the starting time of his/her regular shift and shall receive straight time pay thereafter. At the employee’s option, if he/she is able to resolve a problem over the phone, he/she will receive one and one half (1 ½) hours of pay at double time.
18.02 No employee shall be required to standby or remain at home so that he/she might be called for emergency work.
18.03 Employees may volunteer for emergency work when they are on casual vacation or Union business.
18.04 When an emergency occurs and an employee is called and asked to report to work during a time when he/she is out of Alameda or Contra Costa County, the District agrees to pay the per mile rate prescribed by the Internal Revenue Service for said employee’s one-way return to his/her assigned Division. This provision does not apply to the employee’s permanent address if his/her address is outside of Alameda or Contra Costa County.
Emergency Call. The [*] Product allows emergency calls to be completed without validating the identity of the mobile. The emergency call function provides routing to the appropriate (nearest) public safety answering point (PSAP) based on the originating cell, and provides delivery of the originating subscriber's Directory Number (DN) and approximate location.
